The Lewis LH4 4-Piston Hydraulic Disc Brake Set is built for riders who demand powerful, consistent, and controllable braking performance in the most demanding conditions. Designed specifically for enduro, downhill, all-mountain, e-bike, and dirt bike applications, the LH4 delivers exceptional stopping power while maintaining excellent modulation and feel.
Featuring a CNC-machined 7075-T6 aluminium four-piston caliper, the brake system combines extreme stiffness with reliable performance. The asymmetric 14 mm + 17 mm piston design improves pressure distribution, pad wear balance, and overall braking consistency, providing smooth and predictable power delivery.
The patented 2-in-1 adjustment system allows riders to independently adjust lever reach without tools and fine-tune the bite point with a 2 mm Allen key. This makes it possible to customize the braking feel to match personal preferences and riding style.
With a lightweight lever action, bearing-supported pivots, metallic brake pads, and a high-performance Kevlar-reinforced K28 hose, the Lewis LH4 offers race-level braking performance with durability designed for aggressive riding.

Lewis’ patented 2-in-1 adjustment technology allows riders to customize both lever reach and brake bite point. Lever reach can be adjusted without tools, while bite point adjustment allows precise tuning with a 2 mm Allen key for a personalized braking feel.
CNC 7075-T6 Aluminium Caliper
The high-strength 7075-T6 aluminium alloy construction provides excellent stiffness and durability while maintaining consistent braking performance. The four-piston design delivers powerful stopping force for demanding terrain.
Asymmetric Four-Piston Design
The 14 mm + 17 mm piston configuration improves brake feel by balancing hydraulic pressure, pad contact, and wear. This results in smoother modulation and more consistent braking performance.
K28 Kevlar Brake Hose
The K28 Kevlar-reinforced hose uses 28 braided layers per inch to increase stiffness and durability compared to traditional nylon hoses. This improves brake response and creates a firmer, more direct braking feel.
