For enduro racing, aggressive trails and modern e-MTBs The new RXF38 m.3 is Öhlins’ most powerful trail and enduro fork to date. Based on our tried and tested TTX technology, it combines a completely revised damping unit with a new air suspension system and thus offers even more control, comfort and sensitivity –whether on technical trails, fast enduro stages or heavy E-MTBs.
The new chassis with 38 mm standpipes was specifically optimized for high rigidity and lower friction. A special surface treatment of the standpipes significantly improves the response behavior and minimizes wear –even under the toughest load. Thanks to the floating axis, torsional forces are reduced and side stiffness is increased. The damping is based on the proven TTX18 cartridge with 16 clicks of low-speed compression, 3 high-speed clicks and 16 clicks of rebound.
The revised air spring system offers better response in the middle single spring range, additional progressivity through spring boosters and can be adapted with volume spacers if necessary or even converted to steel spring. The RXF38 m.3 is approved for eMTB, is based on our racing-tested setting bank and has everything demanding drivers need.
