The Öhlins TTX22M.2 is the new version of the proven Öhlins TTX22 damper, which was developed to compete on the most demanding downhill routes. The TTX22M.2 now offers a larger pressure stage setting range for more high-speed settings and a tighter Climb mode in the Trail variant. In addition, the setting range of the low-speed pressure stage has been expanded to 22 clicks in order to be able to adjust the setup more individually.
The new Öhlins TTX22M.2 offers improved buttom-out performance thanks to a newly designed bumper that also sits in a bowl. This improves control in the middle travel range and reduces the risk of hard penetration.
Another new feature is the easy adjustment of the stroke in 2.5mm increments using washers included. These can now be easily added or removed under the Bumper shell without the use of special tools.
Additionally, the rebound adjuster has been revised to make it easier to change springs.
The proven twin tube (TTX) design is maintained, allowing separate adjustment for train stage damping in low speed and pressure stage damping in low and high speed.
