Description
Built to Dominate Bike Parks and Downhill Tracks
The Marin Quake is a purpose-built downhill machine designed for riders who demand strength, speed, and confidence on the most demanding terrain. Developed through an extensive testing process with feedback from some of the world’s best riders — including Matt Jones, Mark Matthews, and Vinnie Moonen — the Quake has been proven on legendary tracks and events such as Darkfest and Hardline.
At the heart of the bike is the all-new Series 4 MultiTrac 2 frame, delivering 180 mm of rear wheel travel with adjustable flip chips that allow riders to tune bottom bracket height, chainstay length, and rear wheel compatibility. The frame can accommodate a 29″ rear wheel, giving riders additional setup options depending on riding style and terrain.
The Quake features a no-compromise gravity build, starting with the legendary RockShox Boxxer fork and Vivid Coil Ultimate DH shock. The suspension package provides exceptional control, durability, and adjustability for high-speed descents and massive impacts. With hydraulic bottom out support and adjustable high- and low-speed compression damping, the rear shock can be tuned precisely for any track.
A gravity-focused SRAM GX DH 7-speed drivetrain, powerful SRAM Maven Bronze four-piston brakes, HS2 rotors, Maxxis DH-rated tires, and SRAM Descendant components complete a build designed to survive the harshest riding conditions.
Whether you’re racing downhill, sending bike park laps, or chasing the biggest lines, the Marin Quake is built to take on anything you can throw at it.
