Description
Transition TR11 Downhill Mountain Bike
The Transition TR11 was built with one goal in mind: go faster. Developed from years of downhill racing experience, from World Cup tracks to local race courses, the TR11 is designed to handle the most demanding DH terrain, bike parks, and shuttle trails.
With a completely redesigned suspension platform, increased 211mm of rear travel, and downhill-specific geometry, the TR11 delivers maximum traction, stability, and control when pushing limits at race speed.
Built around a durable and affordable platform, the TR11 includes the technology needed for riders progressing from grassroots racing all the way to elite-level downhill performance.
Key Features
- Purpose-built downhill race platform
- 211mm rear wheel travel
- Designed for DH racing, bike parks, and shuttle trails
- Downhill-specific leverage curve design
- Two available leverage curve settings:
- Linear setup for maximum traction and sensitivity
- Progressive setup for increased support and bottom-out resistance
- Compatible with both coil and air shocks
- Modern downhill geometry
- Adjustable high/low geometry settings
- Designed for stability, control, and speed
Suspension Technology
211mm Rear Travel Platform
The TR11 features a redesigned suspension layout with 211mm of rear travel, giving riders increased confidence when attacking rough terrain, large compressions, and massive impacts.
The additional travel improves:
- Rear-wheel traction
- Small bump sensitivity
- High-speed stability
- Bottom-out control
Downhill-Specific Leverage Curves
The TR11 uses a completely redesigned leverage curve with two tuning options:
Linear Curve
Optimized for:
- Maximum grip
- Better traction on rough tracks
- More active suspension feel
Progressive Curve
Optimized for:
- Increased mid-stroke support
- Better resistance against bottom-outs
- Aggressive racing and bigger impacts
Both options provide predictable suspension performance and allow riders to fine-tune the bike to their riding style, terrain, and shock preference.

Race Technology Highlights
Built for Speed
The TR11’s geometry and suspension layout were developed specifically around downhill racing demands, focusing on maintaining speed through rough sections while keeping the bike predictable and controlled.
Maximum Traction
The suspension design keeps the rear wheel planted, improving grip when braking hard, cornering aggressively, and riding technical terrain.
Adjustable Performance
With two leverage curve options and adjustable geometry, the TR11 can be tuned for:
- World Cup-style tracks
- Bike park laps
- Local downhill races
- Shuttle riding
Recommended Riding Style
- Downhill Racing
- Bike Park Riding
- Freeride
- Shuttle Trails
- High-Speed Technical Descents
The TR11 is built for riders who want to push harder, ride faster, and turn every downhill into a race run.
